I've completed an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited LVL 2 life coaching program, demonstrating my commitment to uphold the highest standards in coaching. I'm currently in the process of earning my ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.
This formal training, combined with my career experience in helping people has equipped me to deliver coaching services aligned with ICF's globally recognised standards of excellence. My online coaching services are available worldwide, across all time zones.

When I'm not coaching, you might find me planning my next adventure (I’ve explored 39 countries and embraced diverse cultures along the way), spending quality time with my family, including my three wonderful grandchildren, or reflecting on the valuable life lessons I’ve learned over the years.
